Description: The project was acquired recently by Mr. Miranda and decided to renovate the whole structure to a modern look. He ask me to get the building alive again since it was abandoned for 4 years ago. The lot was cut in irregular like a "pizza" or trapezoidal shape and rooms inside were really affected. CC archbuilders mainly tasks are to enlarge all the bedrooms & other spaces and divide it into 3 different units so he can rent it out into some tourist visiting Tagaytay. The building was composed of 3-Units w/ bedrooms; toilet and living room each inside the unit.
GROUND FLOOR: Unit-1; common kitchen & dining; garage; sanitizing toilet/ guest toilet; common area for leisure; kitchen w/ toilet outside for sanitizing purposes.While at;
